Ingredients
- ½ Cup Advans Soya chunks (boiled and squeezed dry)
- ½ Cup Red/Yellow/Green bell peppers (cut into small cubes)
- 1 ½ tsp garlic (Chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp Ginger (Chopped)
- 2 Green chilli (Chopped)
- 1 ½ tsp Celery (Chopped)
- 2 Fresh spring onion (cut into 1 inch, use chopped onion bulbs)
- 1 tbsp Refined Soyabean oil
- Pepper (as per taste)
- 1 pinch Aromat Powder
- 1 tsp Rice Wine/Rice Vinegar/Regular Vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster Mushroom Sauce
- 1 ¼ Cup Veg Stock/Plain water
- 1 tbsp Cornflour Slurry
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
- Take 1tbsp of Healthy & Tasty Soyabean oil in a frying pan/hot wok
- Add garlic, ginger, green chilli, celery one after the other and saute’ until fragrant
- Add cooked Advans Soya chunks and toss is in the wok, followed byassorted bell peppers. (Optionally sprinkle some corn flour and deep fry Advans Soya chunks for 3-4 mins in medium hot oil to get a crisper texture)
- Add sauces, rice wine, veg stock
- Add seasonings like salt, pepper, aromat powder
- Add cornflour slurry and give it a swirl in the wok
- Garnish with fresh spring onions and onion bulbs
- Serve hot with a bowl of fragrant steamed rice or stewed noodles.

- 1 cup Soaked Advans Soya chunks
- 6 pcs Garlic whole (medium size)
- 6 pcs Ginger whole (medium size)
- 2 pcs Green Chili (medium size)
- 6 pcs Cardamom (small size)

- 1 pcs Chopped onion (medium size)
- 1 bowl Chopped coriander

- 500 ml Healthy & Tasty Soyabean Oil

- Take a bowl. Add soaked Advans Soya chunks, garlic whole, ginger whole, green chili, cardamom, clove, black pepper. Grind it well.
- Now add chopped onion, chopped coriander, salt, all-purpose flour. Mix everything well. now make oval shape dumplings out of the mixture using your hands.
- Once the dumplings are ready insert a wooden toothpick into it.
- After inserting the wooden toothpick squeeze the dumpling a little bit. This way the wooden toothpick won’t come out.
- Now take a deep vessel. Add oil and deep fry all the dumplings. Fry till brown.
- Soy Kabab is ready. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.

- 1 Cup Rice (Soaked)
- 1 Cup Advans Soya chunks (boiled and squeezed)
- 2-3 Cup Curd (thick) – 2-3 Tbsp Curd (thick)
- Healthy & Tasty Soyabean oil as required
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- ½ Cup Mint leaves
- ¼ Cup Coriander leaves
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- 1 Ginger
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2-3 Brown Cardamoms
- 1 Star anise
- 4 Green cardamoms
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Small Strand mace (Javitri)
- ¼ tbsp Cumin seeds
- Few Peppercorns
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat refined Healthy & Tasty Soyabean oil in a pan and fry cooked Advans Soya chunks till light golden brown. Keep aside
- Heat oil in cooker. Add bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, star anise, javitri, 1 green cardamom, onion. Saute’ till onion turns light golden brown
- Add soaked rice, salt, water. Let it cook for 10mins. The rice should be half cooked. Keep aside
- Heat oil in a separate pan. Add onion, green chilli, 2 cloves, 2 green cardamoms, 2 brown cardamoms, 1 cinnamon stick, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder.
- Add Advans Soya chunks and fry for 2 mins on medium flame. Add salt
- Add curd, mint leaves and fry for 2 more mins
- When it becomes thick, add the half-cooked rice and mix evenly
- In a separate pan, fry 1 green cardamom, 1 brown cardamom, black pepper, 1 clove on high flame till nice aroma comes out. Grind it and sprinkle the mixture on the Biryani.
- Cook in slow flame with closed lid (steam cooking)
- Nurti Soya Biryani is ready to serve with gravy of choice of vegetable raita

- ½ Cup bunch Spring Onion (chopped)
- 1 Cup Rice (Boiled)
- 1 tbsp White pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Pour Healthy & Tasty Soyabean oil in a Chinese wok
- Add French beans, carrot, cauliflower, spring onion, cooked Advans Soya chunks and saute.
- Add rice and toss properly
- Add seasoning of white pepper, soy sauce and salt.
- Heat for few mins. Keep stirring in between
